This is education, not advice
The information here is written for the general reader and does not replace a personal medical consultation. It cannot tell you which areas of your own body carry the complaint, or whether an operation of the length a plan would require is appropriate for your health.
A longer plan is a longer operation
Treating more than one area is not a more complete version of treating one. It takes longer under anaesthesia, it puts the limits of the most demanding area onto the whole recovery, and it carries the risks of bleeding, infection, healing problems, fluid collection, clot, persistent numbness and widened scars. Nothing on this site should be read as saying that a larger plan produces a better result for every complaint.
No outcome is promised
No treatment can be promised. How much tissue can safely be removed from an area, how the closures heal, how the scars settle and how long the change holds vary between individuals, and a combined result is judged honestly months later rather than in the first weeks.
Scars are permanent
Every area treated adds permanent marks, and combining two areas does not combine two scars into one. They mature and soften over a year or more, they do not disappear, and no surgeon can promise that they will be inconspicuous.
